We're not a SaaS platform. We're not a drone company. We're not surveyors. We're a reporting service built for regional civil and site-work contractors who need consistent visual documentation for owner calls, pay apps, and coordination — without having to build your own drone program.

Mathew Cerny
Founder & Pilot — Part 107 Certified, Per-flight COI
I spent seven years managing construction projects and five years flying drones — and kept seeing the same problem on every job. The owner wanted a clear weekly update. The PM spent hours assembling screenshots, exports, and PowerPoint slides that still didn't tell a complete story. The data existed. The report didn't.
I started Latus to build the one thing that actually worked: a short, clean packet that lands in your inbox the same time every week, with the zones and callouts your team already uses. Credentials & coverage
Every Latus flight is conducted by an FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot with per-flight liability coverage. Certificates of insurance (COI) are available for your project file — just ask. We carry commercial drone insurance covering both hull and liability, issued per project and per flight, and all flights follow ASPRS accuracy standards for construction-grade photogrammetry.

Based in Denver, Colorado — our scheduling, packet production, and client coordination all happen here. We also serve active project areas in Atlanta, Miami, Jacksonville, and the U.S. Virgin Islands through our pilot network (no local office; all coordination runs through Denver).
