“We already have a drone.”

Great — we can work from your captures if they meet our overlap and resolution standards, or we fly it ourselves. Either way, you still get the packet. The drone was never the hard part.

“We already use DroneDeploy or OpenSpace.”

We are platform-agnostic. We plug into your existing exports and add the layer a platform does not ship: interpretation, and a packet your owner can open without a login.

“Isn’t this just a survey?”

No. Latus provides visual documentation and indicative quantities for business conversations. We are Part 107 pilots, not licensed surveyors — no boundaries, no stamped deliverables.

“What if weather grounds the flight?”

We monitor conditions the evening before and morning of. If weather or a TFR prevents capture, we reschedule — no charge, no drama.
