Terms of Service.

The short version: using this site doesn't make you a client — a signed MSA and SOW does. Client deliverables are governed by that agreement. Last updated July 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing latusreport.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services description

Latus Report LLC d/b/a Latus ("Latus") provides managed weekly construction reporting services. The Site describes these services and allows you to contact Latus for quotes, sample packets, and service inquiries. Use of the Site does not create a client relationship — a client relationship is established only through a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

3. User conduct

  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not submit false or misleading information through our forms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Latus Report LLC and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content from this Site without written permission.

Client deliverables (reports, imagery, data) are governed by the Master Services Agreement, not these Terms.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Formspree for form processing). Latus is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change.

Latus is not a licensed surveying service. Aerial imagery and derivative products are for visual documentation and business conversations, not legal boundary determination.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latus and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Denver, Colorado.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
